Hamburger Stroganoff Buns

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Onion powder 1 Teaspoon
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Monosodium glutamate 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Mushrooms 1 Can (10 oz), sliced
  Cream of chicken soup 1 Can (10 oz)
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Hard rolls 6
Directions

Break the beef into small pieces in a skillet, then add the onion powder, butter, flour, salt, monosodium glutamate, pepper and paprika and saute for 5 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add the mushrooms and soup, then simmer for 10 minutes.
Stir in the sour cream and heat through.
Cut slice from top of rolls and hollow out inside.
Fill the rolls with ground beef mixture.
Garnish with snipped parsley or chives.
