1. Mix beef, chili powder, cumin, tomato sauce and garlic in 2-quart casserole. Cover tightly and microwave on high 4 to 6 minutes, stirring after 3 minutes, until hot.
2. Spoon about 1/2 cup beef mixture onto each tostada shell. Top each tostada with remaining ingredients.
