Marina Mint Meringues
|Sugar||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Mint chocolate flavored chips||6 Ounce (Flick-ette)|
|Chips||6 Ounce (1 cup, Flick-ette Mint Chocolate Flavored)|
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Beat egg whites with salt and vanilla until foamy.
Add sugar slowly, beating on high speed about 2 minutes or until sugar is dissolved and egg whites are very stiff.
Fold in Flick-ettes.
Drop by teaspoon onto greased baking sheet.
Place meringues in oven and turn off heat.
Leave in oven 1 hour or longer.
