Hungarian Cauliflower In Sour Cream Sauce
|Frozen cauliflower||20 Ounce (2 Packages, 10 Ounce Each)|
|Plain yogurt||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (From Two 8-Ounce Cartons)|
|Onion salt||1 Teaspoon|
|Dried parsley flakes||1 Teaspoon|
|Fine dry bread crumbs||2 Tablespoon|
1. Cook the cauliflower in a large saucepan, as the label directs. Drain and place in shallow, 6-cup baking dish.
2. Combine yogurt with onion salt and parsley flakes; spoon over the cauliflower. Sprinkle with the bread crumbs and paprika.
3. Bake in hot oven (425°) 5 to 8 minutes, or until bread crumbs are browned.
