Mango Meringue Dessert

Ingredients
  Mango slices 1 Can (10 oz), chopped
  Egg whites 2
  Sifted icing sugar 4 Ounce (1 Scant Cup / 100 Gram , Confectioners')
  Chopped nuts 1 Ounce (3 Tablespoon / 25 Gram)
Directions

Divide the mangoes between 4 glasses or bowls.
Beat the egg whites until stiff, beat in the sugar until the mixture becomes stiff again.
Pile the meringue mixture on the mangoes to 2cm / 3/4 inch below the rim of the glass or bowl.
Place the 4 dishes in a circle in the oven and cook for 2 minutes. Turn the glasses and cook for a further 1 minute or until the meringue puffs up.
Sprinkle with the chopped nuts.
