Mini Loaves Stroganoff On Fluffy Rice

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Stroganoff sauce mix 1 7⁄8 Ounce (1 Envelope)
  Egg 1 , lightly beaten
  Soft bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Catsup 2 Tablespoon
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Cooked rice 2 Cup (32 tbs) (4 Servings)
Directions

Combine the ground beef with 2 tablespoons of the sauce mix, then add the egg, bread crumbs and catsup and mix well.
Press the beef mixture into four 6-ounce custard cups, then turn out onto a shallow baking pan.
Bake in a 325-degree oven for 25 minutes.
Blend the remaining sauce mix with the milk in a small saucepan and cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
Cover and keep hot.
Arrange the rice evenly on serving platter.
Transfer baked loaves onto rice and spoon a small amount of the sauce over the loaves and rice.
Serve remaining sauce in gravy boat.
Garnish loaves with chopped parsley.
