Danish Apple Pie
|Cooking apples||7 , peeled cored, and sliced (6 Cup)|
|Sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Baked 9 inch pie shell||1 (Homemade)|
|All purpose flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Place apple slices in large mixing bowl.
Mix sugar, flour, salt, and cinnamon: add to apples and stir to coat.
Pour apples into baked pastry shell, spread evenly.
Mix together remaining ingredients for topping and sprinkle over apples.
Cook on HI (max. power) 12 to 14 minutes, or until apples are fork-tender.
Cool before serving.
