Hungarian Goulash With Sour Cream

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 4 Large
  Stew beef 2 Pound, cut in 1-inch cubes
  Onion 1 , coarsely chopped
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Ground pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Dairy sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Peel and seed tomatoes, cut in chunks.
Place beef, onion, salt, pepper, and paprika in 3-quart microproof casserole.
Add tomatoes, stir.
Cook, covered, on 70 (roast) 55 to 60 minutes, or until beef is tender, stirring twice during cooking.
Stir sour cream gradually into mixture and let stand, covered, 5 minutes.
