1 Teaspoon, cut in strips (Use Peel Of 1/2 A Lemon)
Dry red wine
1⁄2 Quart (2 Fifths)
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Combine cranberry juice, 2 cups water, sugar, cinnamon, cloves, and lemon peel in saucepan.
Bring to boiling, stirring till sugar is dissolved.
Simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes; strain.
Add wine and lemon juice.
Heat thoroughly, but do not boil.
