Am El Jo As Portuguesas
|Garlic||3 Clove (15 gm), halved|
|Olive oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Mussels/Small clams||2 Pound, rinsed well|
|Lemon juice||1⁄2 Tablespoon (Extracted From 1/2 Fruit)|
|Parsley||1 Bunch (100 gm), chopped|
|French bread||4 , toasted|
Saute garlic lightly in oil.
When hot, add clams.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cover with tight lid and steam until clams open.
Add lemon juice and parsley.
Then shake pan to distribute and leave over heat for a few minutes longer.
