Swedish Pecan Balls
|Pecans||1 Cup (16 tbs), ground|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Shape dough into walnut-size balls.
Place on ungreased cookie sheets and bake at 275° for 30 to 30 minutes, or until light brown in color.
Roll in powdered sugar while hot, and again after cookies have cooled.
