|Garlic cloves||4 Large (Or 8 Small Sized)|
|Olive oil||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon||1 , juiced|
Peel garlic cloves.
Mash in mortar or garlic press, or mince fine and then mash with tip of knife.
Combine garlic with egg yolk and salt.
Stir in, drop by drop, 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
Stir in lemon juice.
Stir in remaining oil, a little at a time, until sauce is thick.
