Garden Platter Salad With Dutch Onion Rings

Ingredients
  Dutch onion rings 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Tomatoes 3 Large, sliced
  Cucumber 1 Small, sliced
  Italian salad dressing To Taste
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Coarsely ground pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dill seed 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Snipped parsley 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Prepare Dutch Onion Rings ahead.
At serving time, pile onions in center of platter; border with overlapping tomato and cucumber slices.
Drizzle tomatoes and cucumbers with Italian salad dressing, then sprinkle with salt, pepper, dill seed, and parsley.
Trim platter with ripe olives and leaf lettuce.
