|Tomatoes||3 Large, sliced|
|Cucumber||1 Small, sliced|
|Italian salad dressing||To Taste|
|Coarsely ground pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Dill seed||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Snipped parsley||1 Teaspoon|
Prepare Dutch Onion Rings ahead.
At serving time, pile onions in center of platter; border with overlapping tomato and cucumber slices.
Drizzle tomatoes and cucumbers with Italian salad dressing, then sprinkle with salt, pepper, dill seed, and parsley.
Trim platter with ripe olives and leaf lettuce.
