Danish Gin

Ingredients
  Gin 1 Ounce (30 ml)
  Dry vermouth 1⁄2 Ounce (15 ml)
  Cherry heering 1⁄2 Ounce (15 ml)
  Kirsch 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon peel 1
Directions

Pour the gin, vermouth, Cherry Heering and kirsch into a cocktail shakerwith ice.
Shake well, then strain into a chilled glass.
Twist the lemon peel above the glass and drop it in.
