|Light corn syrup||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cashews||1 Cup (16 tbs), roasted|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Butter||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Combine sugar and corn syrup in a 4-cup glass measure.
Microwave at HIGH 4 minutes.
Stir in cashews and microwave at HIGH 3 to 4 minutes.
Add vanilla and butter.
Microwave at HIGH 2 minutes.
Quickly stir in soda and mix well.
Turn out onto a greased cookie sheet.
Spread to desired thickness.
