Peach Or Raspberry Strudel
|Flour||2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped nuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Raspberry preserves/Chopped nuts||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Combine all ingredients except preserves; mix together.
Chill dough for 1 hour.
Divide into four equal portions and roll out each into an oblong shape.
Spread with preserves; then roll up as a jelly roll.
Place on buttered cookie sheet.
Make a slit on top, one inch from each end.
Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.
Top with Thin Icing.
