Ingredients
2 cups shredded cabbage
2 large onions, chopped
1 cup chopped celery
4 large beets, pared and shredded
2 large carrots, pared and shredded
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 pounds chicken wings
1 pound boneless chuck, cubed

Directions

1 Sauté cabbage, onions, celery, beets and carrots in butter or margarine in a large skillet or a 5-quart slow cooker with a browning unit.
2 Combine vegetables with chicken wings, cubed beef, water, tomato paste, salt and pepper in a 5-quart slow cooker;
