Irish Coffee

Ingredients
  Irish whiskey 1 1⁄2 Ounce (1 jigger)
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Instant coffee granules 2 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (adjust quantity as needed)
  Whipping cream 2 Tablespoon, whipped
Directions

Combine whiskey and sugar in a mug or cup.
Add coffee granules; then add water to make container 3/4 full.
Microwave at HIGH 1 1/2 minutes or until mixture is hot but not boiling.
Stir well.
Top with whipped cream.
Do not stir.
