|Irish whiskey||1 1⁄2 Ounce (1 jigger)|
|Instant coffee granules||2 Teaspoon|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (adjust quantity as needed)|
|Whipping cream||2 Tablespoon, whipped|
Combine whiskey and sugar in a mug or cup.
Add coffee granules; then add water to make container 3/4 full.
Microwave at HIGH 1 1/2 minutes or until mixture is hot but not boiling.
Top with whipped cream.
Do not stir.
