|Fillet steak||8 Ounce, minced (225 gram)|
|Finely chopped onion||30 Milliliter (2 tablespoons)|
|Capers||15 Milliliter (1 tablespoon)|
|Chopped fresh parsley||15 Milliliter (1 tablespoon)|
Mix together the minced steak, onion, capers, parsley and salt and pepper to taste.
Shape the mixture into two rounds and slightly hollow the middle.
Put an egg yolk in the centre of each.
