Steak Tartare

Ingredients
  Fillet steak 8 Ounce, minced (225 gram)
  Finely chopped onion 30 Milliliter (2 tablespoons)
  Capers 15 Milliliter (1 tablespoon)
  Chopped fresh parsley 15 Milliliter (1 tablespoon)
  Egg yolks 2
Directions

Mix together the minced steak, onion, capers, parsley and salt and pepper to taste.
Shape the mixture into two rounds and slightly hollow the middle.
Put an egg yolk in the centre of each.
