These amazing delicious meringue cookies,can impress anyone the delicious sensations, crunchier, sweet, melt-in-one-mouth, yummy little bits of chocolate.
Fine white sugar
Cream of tartar
Mini chocolate chips
1 Cup (16 tbs)
Preheat oven to 200 degrees
Use a clean mixer, make sure there is no grease on it.
Start blending egg whites slowly adding 4 tablespoons of sugar
Add cream of tartar and salt. Start to ramp up the speed.
Beat till eggs whites are stiff and they hold up on the blender blade. Not drippy.
Add the other 4 tablespoons of sugar and the 1 cup of mini chocolate chips.
Fold carefully together using a rubber spatula.
Use a pastry bag or ice cream scooper and place cookies on a lined cookie sheet.
(use a silpat or parchment paper)
Bake for 1 and a half or 2 hours until they are hard to the touch and just before they get a golden hue.
Cool for at least 15 minutes.
