Irish Potato Casserole

Ingredients
  White potatoes 8 Medium, thinly sliced
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 , sliced
  Cream of mushroom soup 10 3⁄4 Ounce, undiluted (1 Can)
  Milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

Place half of potatoes in a 12- x 8-inch glass baking dish.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Add half the sliced onion.
Combine soup and milk.
Pour half over the onion and potato.
Top with remaining potato slices, onion slices, and the soup mixture.
Cover with waxed paper.
Microwave at HIGH 20 to 25 minutes.
Rotate dish 1/2 turn after 10 minutes.
Let stand, covered, 3 to 5 minutes.
