Danish Cabbage

Ingredients
  Finely shredded cabbage 5 Cup (80 tbs)
  Commercial sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Caraway seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Chopped sweet gherkins 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Cook cabbage in 3/4 cup simmering salted water until just tender.
Drain thoroughly.
Stir in remaining ingredients and reheat thoroughly without boiling.
