Portuguese Chicken And Egg

Ingredients
  Buttered crusty bread slice 4
  Cooked chicken slice 1 (Cold)
  Tomato slices 4 Large, 1/2 inch thick, drained
  Hard cooked eggs 2
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 4 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Cover the bread slices with overlapped slices of chicken.
Cut 1 1/2 inch circles out of tomato slices with a small cutter and place one slice on each sandwich.
Cut eggs in half crosswise and set a half egg on each tomato cutout.
Coat the edge of sandwiches with mayonnaise and sprinkle with parsley.
