Portuguese Chicken And Egg
|Buttered crusty bread slice||4|
|Cooked chicken slice||1 (Cold)|
|Tomato slices||4 Large, 1/2 inch thick, drained|
|Hard cooked eggs||2|
|Mayonnaise/Salad dressing||4 Tablespoon|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
Cover the bread slices with overlapped slices of chicken.
Cut 1 1/2 inch circles out of tomato slices with a small cutter and place one slice on each sandwich.
Cut eggs in half crosswise and set a half egg on each tomato cutout.
Coat the edge of sandwiches with mayonnaise and sprinkle with parsley.
