Apple Crisp

Ingredients
  Sifted all purpose flour 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Packed brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ground cinnamon 2 Teaspoon, divided
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted
  Rolled oats/Unsweetened granola 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Apples 6 Large, peeled and chopped (Stemilt Pink Lady / Braeburn)
  Granulated sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly coat a 9-by-9-inch pan with nonstick cooking spray.
2. In a medium bowl, combine 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, butter, rolled oats, salt.
3. In a large bowl, combine apples, granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon; pour into the baking prn. Cover evenly with topping, pressing it firmly onto apples.
4. Bake for 35 minutes, or until lightly browned
