Quick And Easy Beef Stroganoff

|Butter||2 Ounce (50 g)|
|Onion||1 , chopped|
|Fillet steak||2 Pound, cut into very thin strips (1 kg)|
|Mushrooms||8 Ounce, sliced (sliced)|
|Sour cream||5 Fluid Ounce (150 ml)|
Melt the butter in a large frying-pan.
Add the onion and fry for 5 minutes.
Add the meat and fry for 8 minutes, or until it is almost cooked.
Add the mushrooms and fry for 3 minutes.
Stir in the sour cream, season to taste and heat through gently.
