Swiss Cheese And Vegetable Soup
|Swiss cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs), grated|
|Cabbage head||2 , shredded|
|Potatoes||2 Large, sliced|
|Whole milk||2 Quart|
1) Place potatoes and cabbage in boiling water and cook until soft. Drain and blend together with a fork.
2) Add butter, milk, salt, and pepper. Simmer over a low flame for 15 minutes. Remove and spoon into bowls. Sprinkle with Swiss cheese. Place under a broiler for 3 minutes or until crust forms.
