Fillets Of Beef Portuguese Style
|Beef fillet||2 Pound|
|Oil/Melted butter||1 Tablespoon|
|Butter||2 Tablespoon (Maitre d'hotel, adjust quantity as needed)|
Wipe and trim the meat and cut into neat fillets.
Beat to flatten slightly and brush with oil or melted butter.
Season to taste.
Grill, then place, on a hot dish.
Put a pat of Maitre d'hdtel butter on each fillet and serve with baked stuffed tomatoes.
