Dutch Salad Or Flemish Salad

Ingredients
  Cooked beetroot 1
  Cooked potatoes 2
  Celery heart 1
  French dressing with mustard 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Anchovy fillets 6
  Watercress 1
Directions

Cut the beetroot, potatoes and celery into strips.
Mix lightly with the dressing and pile in a salad bowl.
Decorate with strips of anchovy fillets and small bunches of watercress.
