Swedish Meatballs

  Vegetable oil spray 1
  Egg 1
  Low fat cottage cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Skim milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Allspice 3 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground cloves 1 Pinch
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  White pepper 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Caraway rye bread slices 2 Ounce (2 Slices)
  Finely chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lean ground pork 1 Pound
  Ground veal 1 Pound
  Herb sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs) (1 Recipe, Fresh)

Preheat oven to 375° F.
Lightly spray a large broiler pan with vegetable oil.
In a blender or the work bowl of a food processor fitted with a metal blade, combine egg, cottage cheese, milk and spices.
Process until smooth.
Add bread and blend until smooth.
Pour mixture into large bowl.
Add onion and meats.
Thoroughly blend with hands.
Form meat mixture into balls (use a small ice-cream scoop, if available).
Place on prepared pan and bake uncovered 25 minutes.
Heat Fresh Herb Sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Transfer meatballs to a serving bowl.
Pour Fresh Herb Sauce over meatballs and serve immediately.
