This Portuguese Rice recipe is simple and easy. This Portuguese Rice recipe is the favorite of my friend’s wife. Whenever I visit his house, she definitely serves this dish. It is an absolutely delicious. My friend says that he likes his wife due to this dish. So if you want to bring delightment to your house try this Portuguese Rice recipe.
  Linguica 2 Pound
  Long grain rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Bell pepper To Taste
  Sliced black olives 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Black olives 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
  Tomato sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tabasco sauce 3 Drop
  Garlic To Taste

Step1 -Cook rice according to package directions.

Step2-Cut linguica and pepper into thin slices and saute with linguica over medium heat for 15-20 minutes.

Step3-Stir in tomato sauce, olives, garlic, and Tabasco. Serve sauce over the rice.
