|Swede||1 Pound, peeled and diced (450 g)|
|Potatoes||8 Ounce, peeled and diced (225 g)|
|Grated nutmeg||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Butter||1 Ounce (25 g)|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon (to garnish)|
Cook the swede and potatoes in boiling salted water until tender.
Drain well, then mash very thoroughly.
Season well with salt, pepper and nutmeg, then beat in the butter.
