Ingredients
  Swede 1 Pound, peeled and diced (450 g)
  Potatoes 8 Ounce, peeled and diced (225 g)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Grated nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter 1 Ounce (25 g)
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon (to garnish)
Directions

Cook the swede and potatoes in boiling salted water until tender.
Drain well, then mash very thoroughly.
Season well with salt, pepper and nutmeg, then beat in the butter.
