Pavlova With Fruits
|Egg whites||200 Gram|
|Whipping cream||400 Gram|
|Kiwi||2 , thinly sliced|
|Mango||1 , thinly sliced|
|Sponge||1 (for the base)|
|Pecan nuts/Walnuts||100 Gram|
|Macadamia nuts||100 Gram|
|Cinnamon powder||15 Gram|
Roast the macadamia and pecan nuts in the oven until golden.
Crush the nuts until powdery and mix with the sugar and cinnamon powder.
Beat whipping cream thoroughly and keep aside.
Beat egg whites vigorously with sugar until they become very light.
Smooth out into a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Sprinkle the nut powder on the surface and bake in the oven at a temperature of 150°C for 20 minutes until golden.
Remove from the oven, turn upside down and remove the baking paper.
Spread this base with a layer of whipped cream.
Arrange with another layer of thinly sliced fruits
