Roast Beef Saga Blue And Watercress With Horseradish Mayonnaise On French Bread

Ingredients
  French bread 4 , split horizontally leaving the halves attached (5-inch lengths)
  Blue cheese 1⁄3 Pound, softened and the rind discarded
  Watercress sprigs 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Beef roast 1 Pound, thinly sliced
  Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Horseraddish 1 Tablespoon, drained (or to taste)
  Salt and pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. Open the bread lengths and spread the cut sides with the blue cheese.
2. Top the cheese with watercress and beef slices.
3. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and horseradish. Mix well and drizzle the mixture over the beef.
4. Season the sandwich with salt and pepper and close, pressing firmly.
