Ingredients
  Plain flour 8 Ounce
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Butter 5 Ounce
  Sugar 2 Ounce
  Egg yolk 1
  Cold water 1 Cup (16 tbs) (To Mix)
Directions

Sift together the flour and salt.
Cut the butter into small pieces and rub it lightly into the flour, using the finger-tips.
Add the sugar and mix with egg yolk and sufficient cold water to make a stiff paste.
Use as required.
