Savory Tostadas

Ingredients
  Margarine/Butter 1 Tablespoon (Null)
  Cornstarch/Null 1 Teaspoon (Null)
  Chopped green pepper/Null 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (1 Small One)
  Chopped onion/Null 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (1 Small One)
  Garlic/Null 1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped (Null)
  Chili powder/Null 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Null)
  Ground cloves/Null 1⁄8 Teaspoon (Null)
  Diced cooked beef/Null 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Bite Size Pieces)
  Chopped tomato/Null 1 Cup (16 tbs) (1 Medium One)
  Raisins/Null 3 Tablespoon (Null)
  Salt/Null 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Null)
  Tostada shells/Null 6 (Null)
  Shredded lettuce/Null 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Null)
  Shredded cheddar cheese/Null 4 Ounce (1 Cup)
Directions

1. Place margarine in 1 1/2-quart casserole. Microwave uncovered on high (100%) until melted, 15 to 30 seconds; stir in cornstarch.
2. Stir in green pepper, onion, garlic, chili powder and cloves. Cover tightly and microwave on high (100%) until vegetables are hot, 2 to 3 minutes.
3. Stir in beef, tomato, raisins and salt. Cover tightly and microwave on high (100%) until beef and raisins are hot, 3 to 4 minutes.
4. Place 1 tostada shell on each of 6 plates. Spoon about 1/2 cup beef mixture onto each tostada. Sprinkle with lettuce and cheese.
