Chicken Cooked With Grapes

Ingredients
  Bone in chicken breast halves 3⁄4 Pound, skinned and cut crosswise in half
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground pepper 1 Pinch
  Canola oil 1 Tablespoon
  Reduced sodium chicken broth 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Red seedless grapes on the stem 1⁄2 Pound, cut in 4
  Chopped flat leaf parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

1 Sprinkle the chicken with the salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned, 5-6 minutes on each side. Add the broth and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer, covered, until the chicken is cooked through, about 10 minutes. Add the grapes and simmer, covered, until the grapes are softened, about 2 minutes.
2 Using a slotted spatula, transfer the chicken to a plate. Add the grapes and sprinkle with the parsley.
