Chicken And Swiss Chard Enchilada Casserole

Ingredients
  Swiss chard 1 Pound, rinsed well and drained
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Chicken breasts 1 Large, cooked, boned and shredded
  Vegetable oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying Tortillas)
  7 inch corn tortillas 12 , dried at room temperature for 30 minutes
