Cafe Brulot Diable
|Cognac||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cinnamon stick||2 Inch|
|Lemon rind||1 Teaspoon|
|Orange rind||1 Teaspoon|
|Strong coffee||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
Place all ingredients into blazer pan of Oster Electric Chafing Dish over hot water bath at HI.
Stir occasionally until cognac is heated through.
Light the cognac and continue to stir while it burns.
After a minute or two slowly pour in the coffee while stirring.
When the flame subsides, ladle into heated demitasses, being careful not to serve the spices or rinds.
