Casserole Shashlik

Ingredients
  Boneless lamb 3 1⁄2 Pound, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes
  Onions 2 Large, sliced
  Raisins 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Whole coriander seeds/4 teaspoons powdered coriander 1 Teaspoon
  Turmeric 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Preheat oven to 325° F.
Place cubed lamb in the bottom of a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Top with sliced onions and raisins; sprinkle with spices.
Cover and bake until lamb is very tender, 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
