|Boneless lamb||3 1⁄2 Pound, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes|
|Onions||2 Large, sliced|
|Raisins||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Whole coriander seeds/4 teaspoons powdered coriander||1 Teaspoon|
Preheat oven to 325° F.
Place cubed lamb in the bottom of a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Top with sliced onions and raisins; sprinkle with spices.
Cover and bake until lamb is very tender, 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
