Swiss Chard With Black Bean Sauce
|Oil||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), chopped|
|Black bean paste||4 Teaspoon|
|Swiss chard||1 Pound, cut into 2 inch squares (450 Gram)|
|Soup stock||60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
|Cornstarch solution||3⁄4 Teaspoon|
1. Heat oil in wok over high heat. Add garlic, stirring for 10 seconds. Add black bean paste and stir for another 15-20 seconds. Stir in Swiss chard and continue to cook for 1 minute.
2. Add soup stock, salt and sugar. Cover and reduce heat to medium low and cook for 2-3 minutes.
