Swiss Chard With Black Bean Sauce

Ingredients
  Oil 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), chopped
  Black bean paste 4 Teaspoon
  Swiss chard 1 Pound, cut into 2 inch squares (450 Gram)
  Soup stock 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cornstarch solution 3⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Heat oil in wok over high heat. Add garlic, stirring for 10 seconds. Add black bean paste and stir for another 15-20 seconds. Stir in Swiss chard and continue to cook for 1 minute.
2. Add soup stock, salt and sugar. Cover and reduce heat to medium low and cook for 2-3 minutes.
