Salami Swiss Cheese Salad

Ingredients
  Head of lettuce 1
  Salami 1⁄4 Pound, cubed
  Swiss cheese 1⁄4 Pound, cut into strips
  Sliced ripe olives 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned pimiento 4 Ounce, chopped (1 Can, 1/2 Cup)
  Tomatoes 2 , cut in eighths
  Canned anchovies 2 Ounce, chopped (1 Can, 3 Tablespoon)
  Salad oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Wine vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
Directions

Break lettuce in bite-size chunks.
Add salami, cheese, olives, pimiento, tomatoes, and anchovies.
In jar, combine oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and garlic for dressing.
Shake well.
Pour dressing over vegetables and toss lightly.
