|Plain non-fat yogurt||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||2 Tablespoon (Preferably Canola Oil)|
|Sifted cake flour||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Ground cinnamon||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ground ginger||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Baking soda||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ground mace||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ground cloves||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Line baking sheets with parchment paper or spray with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, whisk together molasses, yogurt, sugar and oil until smooth.
In a medium-sized bowl, stir together flour, cinnamon, ginger, baking soda, mace, cloves and salt.
Using a wooden spoon, stir the dry ingredients into the wet, mixing just until blended.
Drop the dough by tablespoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing cookies about 1 1/2 inches apart.
Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes, or until browned.
