Individual Pavlovas With A Fruit Rainbow

Ingredients
  Berry cream 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Meringues 6
  Ripe papaya 1 Pound, peeled, seeded, and thinly sliced lengthwise (1 Medium-Size Fruit)
  Raspberries/Hulled, thinly sliced strawberries 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), thinly sliced
  Fruit sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Spread equal portions of berry cream into 5-inch-wide pools on 6 dessert plates.
Place a meringue on cream on each plate.
Arrange equal amounts of papaya and raspberries on or beside meringues.
Offer sauce to ladle onto portions
