Tomato Rarebit

  Cooked tomatoes 500 Gram
  Grated cheese 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Made mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cornflour 1 Tablespoon
  Chili sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Sugar To Taste
  Ajwain/Oregano 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Toasted bread slice 10

Liquidise tomatoes and pass through sieve.
Blend together cornflour and tomato juice.
Add the rest of the ingredients except bread.
Cook the mixture on very low heat until cheese is melted and mixture is smooth.
