|Canned french style green beans||31 Ounce, heated and drained (2 Cans, 15 1/2 Ounce)|
|All purpose flour||2 Tablespoon|
|Grated onion||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Commercial sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Shredded swiss cheese||4 Ounce (1 Cup)|
Melt butter in saucepan; stir in flour, salt, pepper, sugar, and onion.
Add sour cream gradually and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Add green beans.
Pour bean mixture into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Place casserole under broiler for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
