Aged Cheese Sweet Fondue
|Aged swiss cheese||1 Pound, shredded|
|All purpose flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Sauterne||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ground nutmeg||1 Dash|
Toss together cheese, flour, and garlic.
Heat Sauterne in large saucepan until bubbles rise.
Reduce heat to low; add cheese, 1/2 cup at a time, stirring until cheese is melted after each addition.
Add salt, Worcestershire sauce, and nutmeg.
