Swiss Frank Roll Ups
|Cocktail frankfurters||34 Ounce (2 Package)|
|Swiss cheese||8 Ounce, cut in 2 x 1/4 x 1/4 inch strips|
|Refrigerated biscuits||8 Ounce, quartered (1 Tube)|
|Butter/Margarine||2 Tablespoon, melted|
|Sesame seeds||2 Tablespoon|
Cut lengthwise slit in frankfurters, not quite through; fill with strips of cheese.
Shape biscuit quarters into 4x 3/4-inch rectangles.
Wind dough around frankfurters.
Place on foil-covered baking sheet.
Brush tops of biscuit with melted butter; sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake at 400° for 10 minutes or till browned.
