Hungarian Bread Soup
|Bacon slices||6 , diced|
|Stale bread slices||6 , cut into cubes|
|Beef stock||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs) (Homemade Or Canned)|
|Paprika||1 Tablespoon (Or To Taste)|
|Eggs||3 , beaten|
Fry bacon until transparent.
Add bread cubes and continue frying until bacon is very crisp and bread cubes are golden.
In a medium saucepan, combine beef stock and 2 cups boiling water.
Return to a boil.
Add bread cubes and bacon.
Season with paprika.
When soup is boiling vigorously, add eggs in a thin stream, stirring constantly.
