Swiss Cheddar Sauce

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Sharp process american cheese 2 Ounce, shredded
  Sharp processed american cheese 2 Ounce, shredded
  Process swiss cheese 2 Ounce, shredded
Directions

Melt butter; blend in flour and salt.
Add milk all at once.
Cook, stirring constantly, till mixture thickens and bubbles.
Remove from heat; stir in cheeses till melted.
