Austrian Cream Cookies

|Whipping cream||1 Cup (16 tbs) (35% Butterfat)|
|Gold medal flour||3 3⁄4 Cup (60 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1 Tablespoon|
|Easy creamy icing||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Beat eggs until light.
Add sugar gradually; blend in cream.
Measure flour by dipping method
Mix flour, baking powder, and salt; stir in.
Chill at least 1 hr.
Heat oven to 375° (quick mod.).
Roll dough out 1/4 to 3/8," thick on lightly floured board.
