Ingredients
  Eggs 2
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Whipping cream 1 Cup (16 tbs) (35% Butterfat)
  Gold medal flour 3 3⁄4 Cup (60 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Easy creamy icing 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Beat eggs until light.
Add sugar gradually; blend in cream.
Measure flour by dipping method
Mix flour, baking powder, and salt; stir in.
Chill at least 1 hr.
Heat oven to 375° (quick mod.).
Roll dough out 1/4 to 3/8," thick on lightly floured board.
